Take note of our Delivery & Shipping Policy

  1. Which Areas do we deliver to?
    • Stat Medical Tiakeni delivers to any physical addresses within the borders of South Africa only.
    • Deliveries to major centres, will be made by door-to-door courier service
    • Deliveries to remotes areas will be made via post office delivery service.
  2. How long will it take to deliver my package?
    • As a general rule-of-thumb please allow 5-7 working days for delivery to major centres and 10 working days for remote areas.
    • Please be aware that stated delivery times are included as guidelines and actual delivery will depend on stock availability, courier company schedules (particularly to more remote areas).
    • Every effort will be made to adhere to delivery dates, but delay or failure to maintain a delivery date shall not entitle the Purchaser to cancel any order or withhold any payment. We will communicate any anticipated delays to the purchaser.
    • You can help us to ensure a successful delivery takes place, by making sure you provide us with accurate delivery information: the full name, telephone number, address and postcode of the recipient.
  3. How much do we charge for delivery?
    • Orders under R3 000.00: standard delivery fee of R200.00.
    • Orders over R3 000.00: free delivery (to major centres only)
    • Deliveries to out-lying areas to be quoted on order.
  4. When do we deliver?
    • We offes a Monday to Friday (07h30 – 17h00), delivery service.
    • We do not deliver on weekends or any South African public holiday.
    • If you're not available at the chosen delivery address to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier driver will make a second attempt at another time. After that, our call centre will contact you to make other arrangements.
    • When the courier service makes delivery please ensure you sign for the receipt of your parcel. Should the packaging be damaged in any way you must make a note of it on the waybill, failure to do so may invalidate any future returns/claims
    • Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you if we believe there will be a substantial delay in your delivery.
