STAT Medical (Pty) Ltd was formed in 1999, securing ‘Best-in Class’ agencies to represent in Southern Africa and winning numerous tenders. STAT Medical was named International Distributor of the Year by various suppliers, several times over the years.
Tiakeni Medical c.c. was formed in June 2002 focusing on Technical Support and Service. In June 2004, Tiakeni was appointed sole and exclusive technical service provider to STAT Medical, and in March 2005 an agreement was signed appointing Tiakeni Medical as a sales sub-distributor to STAT Medical in specific areas.
The close ties between the two companies continued to develop, and an agreement was reached on the sale of the two companies to STAT-Tiakeni Medical (Pty) Ltd.
For the past 22 years, we’ve continued to strive towards meeting all customer needs, and delivering not only good service, but Service Excellence to our customers in the Hospital, Trauma, Primary Healthcare and Public Healthcare markets.
In 2021, we moved into our new premises at 227 Main Avenue, Randburg, and we’re excited to share our beautiful new office space with customers, as we host workshops and training sessions in the very near future.
Our Service department has made huge strides in providing technical support across the continent, and to date our technicians have travelled to 19 African states to service equipment.
We’re exceptionally proud of our reputation as a trustworthy company delivering on our promises…..something we will continue to do, long into the future.
